It was in a favourable location next to a railroad station. And it's a 10-15 minute walk from Taco Mayo, ate there once or twice. The room was reasonably large and the beds were comfy. The staff was very helpful and gave us great advices.

I stayed at this hotel for 8 days and it was absolutely amazing! The location is super convenient, being close to the railway station and just a short distance to the city center. What surprised me the most was how quiet and peaceful it was, allowing for a restful sleep on the comfy double bed in my nice room. The breakfast each morning was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options. The staff were friendly and efficient, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the local bus stop just 50m from the hotel made it easy to explore and visit Cieplice Spa. Plus, the trains to Wroclaw, Szlarska Poreba PL / Harrachov in Czechia, and Zgorzelec on the German border were a great way to further explore the area. my experience at this hotel was mind-blowing and I can't wait to return.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the great location near the train station and easy access to public transportation. , the rooms were cozy and comfortable for a good rest after a long day. the breakfast was superb, offering a variety of delicious and filling options.
The noise from the nearby music club was disturbing, especially during the weekend nights. the parking area was a bit disorganized and made it difficult to find a designated spot.

I had a great experience at Hotel Fenix during my recent stay. The location was perfect for me as a solo traveler using public transportation. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy double bed. And the breakfast provided was absolutely delicious, making me look forward to starting my day each morning. Despite a few minor inconveniences such as a non-working electrical outlet and hair dryer, I didn't let it bother me as I didn't absolutely need them. The staff was helpful and the value for money was excellent. I would definitely consider returning to this hotel in the future if the opportunity arises.
